Concept Educations, a leading coaching institute of the city had a rejoicing day today as the JEE (Mains) joint entrance examination-2013 results were declared. This was the first joint entrance examination under the new system of entry into the elite engineering colleges of the country. The students qualified in JEE Mains would be eligible for appearing in JEE advance which will be held on 2nd June 2013 and will decide the entry of students in IITs.
Like last year Concept Educations leads from the front as a performance oriented education center. According to Gautam Saha , Director of Concept Educations “around 600 students appeared for the exam this year from his institute and more than 200 have qualified the same and as we are still getting information the number of successful candidates is increasing. We are expecting the number to go till 250 at least by tomorrow. Many students are outstation candidates and their information takes time to reach us”
Abhijit Dutta, CEO of Concept Educations said that he was extremely happy with the outcome of the hard work of his team and his students. They are currently conducting extensive coaching program for all their JEE Main qualified students to prepare them for JEE Advanced which is expected to be of higher difficulty level and students will face stiffer competition.
It’s is worthy to note that Concept Educations was started in 2006 with their first center at Maligaon gate no: 3. Now after 6 years they are successfully running their classroom centers at 3 locations in Guwahati, namely Maligaon, Dighalipukhuri and G.S Road.
